Our final AFK event of the year (before next year, our anniversary of 10 years, stay tuned for special announcements!) so it's gonna be a bigger one, with prose, poetry, tunes and poetry karaoke (read a favourite poem by someone else, sign ups on the night!)

Donations: A zine with work by the readers will be available on the night, for a donation towards North Gaza: Food, Water & Other Distributions; a fundraising campaign organised by Translating Falasteen (Palestine) in collaboration with the Sameer Project, launched to support families in Gaza facing severe harships. The aid is being bought from existing products in the market and is NOT being brought through any border. Awesome to see AFK7 bringing together poetry and karaoke — events like this create such a fun, creative space for people to share voices and connect, and it’s always fascinating to see how technology used in aerospace engineering pushes boundaries in a very different field, reminding us that innovation can inspire expression and exploration in all parts of life.
